How to Register your Bee Hive Brand(s).

Send an email to BeeHiveBranding@gmail.comwith the following:

1. Do you want your brand(s) and name to be shown in the on-line listing?
     A. Yes, show my brand and show my Name & State in the listing.
     B. Yes, show my brand in the listing but do not show my Name or State.
     C. No, Keep my brand and Name & State Private.

Your Brand will NOT be registered until I know if you want your Brand or Name shown in the listing.

2. Your contact details. (This information will never be shown on any page of the site!)
     a. Name
     b. State(s) where you keep bees. Not the locations of your bee yards!
     c. Other alternate email addresses. (I do not sell email address!)
     d. Attach a photo(s)(jpg) of your hive brand from one of your hives or a piece of wood. If your markings are painted, send us a photo of that. Make sure their is a ruler in inches or metric in the photo near your brand so the true size of your brand is clear. People can change their brands over time be sure to include all your brands old and new. Include how you mark your brand when you sell equipment to other keepers or what you do when you buy from others.

Your Contact Information will never be placed on any page of the web site.

If we receive an inquiry from law enforcement that matches your brand YOU will be contacted by email. You will be given the contact information of the law enforcement official.
Your contact information will not be given out to anyone including law enforcement unless legally compelled to do so!

Law Enforcement
Send an email to beehivebranding@gmail.com. Your email must come from your official law enforcement email address.

Law Enforcement may send information about missing or located hives and equipment. We will search our records for any matches and give the bee keeper your contact information so that they may contact you.

You will receive an email reply telling you either that we have no match on file or that the matching owner has been given your contact information. You will not receive the bee keepers name or contact information.

We will not give out any contact information on any registered bee keeper, brands or markings.
